Peruvian fresh grape exports on the rise

 

Peruvian fresh grape exports in the first 3 months of 2023 increased both in volume and value, compared to the same term in previous year. 

Between January and March 2023, the country exported 257.480.990 kilos of the fruit worth $679.621.865, informs Agrodata Perú.

In the same term of 2022, Peru shipped 213.068.660 kilos of grapes for $516.680.046.

In the first 3 months of 2023, the main destination for said supplies was the United States (51% of total value), followed by the Netherlands (10%) Mexico (8%), Hong Kong (8%), China (6%), Canada (3%), and the United Kingdom (1%).
