An Iranian delegation visited MACFRUT

The MACFRUT fair received on Friday, 11th May the visit of an Iranian delegation led by the Minister of Agriculture EH Mahmoud Hojjati, accompanied by the Vice President of the Ministry Abdolmahdi Bakhsandeh, the Iranian Ambassador to the UN HE Mohammed Hossein Emadi and several members of the Iranian ministry and parliament.

 
 
The delegation was received by MACFRUT President Renzo Piraccini, who then accompanied the Minister to visit the pavilions, with stops at numerous stands featuring products, technology and machinery. The visit ended in the ACQUA CAMPUS area, on irrigation techniques, where the Iranian delegation was able to see the technological use and remote control systems in water management.
 
 
 
"The Iranian Minister's visit pleased us a lot - Renzo Piraccini said - Iran is an important producer of Fruits & Vegetables and can find in Italian technologies and innovations tools to improve its production."
