Asia Fruit Logistica 2023: a shortened show but satisfactory results

Asia Fruit Logistica was scheduled from September 6 to 8, but "extreme weather conditions" with heavy rain and widespread flooding forced organizers to suspend the 3rd and final day of the show. 
 
The organizers announced that this 2023 edition welcomed a record number of over 13,000 trade visitors, who met over 700 exhibitors from more than 43 countries and regions.
 
Local authorities had issued a 'Black Storm' warning due to sudden and heavy rainfall in and around Hong Kong, which caused widespread flooding in various parts of the city. Public transport was suspended and access to public buildings, including exhibition centers, was severely restricted. In view of this situation, and to ensure the safety of exhibitors and visitors, the organizers have suspended the 3rd and final day of this 2023 edition.
 
 
The next edition of the show will take place from September 4 to 6, 2024 at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.
