Peruvian mandarin exports continue to decline

The mandarin campaign in Peru began in April and will last until September. Until the month of July, exports have reached 80,172,762 kilos, which represents a decrease of 28% compared to the same period in 2022.

According to the consultancy Inform@cción, the campaign has experienced delays due to the hot weather, which has affected the coloring process of the fruit.

In detail, in April 7,201,434 kilos were dispatched, in May 12,956,493 kilos, in June 23,020,859 kilos, and in July 36,993,976 kilos.
