13th International Mango Symposium to take place in September

From September 29 to October 3, the city of Malaga (Spain) will host the 13th International Mango Symposium, under the auspices of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS). 

The event is organized by the Institute of Subtropical and Mediterranean Horticulture "La Mayora" (IHSM La Mayora), the University of Malaga, and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). The congress will be held at the NH hotel, right in the heart of the only region in continental Europe with significant mango production.

The primary aim of the event is to foster discussions and exchanges of both fundamental and applied knowledge related to mango. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in field tours to witness the unique mango production system in the only region in Europe where this crop thrives. Simultaneous translation in English/Spanish and Spanish/English will be provided for all participants.
