Kwik Lok welcomes new Chief Operating Officer

Kwik Lok Corporation, based in Yakima, Washington, announce the appointment of John Skadorwa to its Leadership Team as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Skadorwa assumes this role following the retirement of Jeff Scott, who served as COO for six and a half years.

Skadorwa brings a wealth of experience to his new position, with over 25 years of expertise spanning various industries, including military, construction, energy, aerospace, and manufacturing. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has a proven track record in problem resolution, statistical analysis, operational excellence, and project management.

His most recent role was as the Program Management Director for Blue Origin's BE-4 Rocket Engine Program in Kent, Washington. In this capacity, Skadorwa focused on ensuring the efficiency and quality of the engines produced, which provide propulsion to next-generation launch vehicles. Prior to his tenure at Blue Origin, he held diverse positions centered around cultural and strategic transformation, innovation implementation, continuous improvement, manufacturing execution, and leadership development.

Don Carrell, CEO of Kwik Lok, expressed gratitude for Jeff Scott's contributions to the company and welcomed Skadorwa to the team. In turn, Skadorwa expressed his enthusiasm about joining Kwik Lok.
