The decrease in volume is mainly due to the -16% variation in the harvest compared to the previous year.

 

According to Onagri data (National Observatory of Agriculture), during the period from October 1, 2022 to April 3, 2023, citrus exports reached 7,604 tons and 25.4 million DZD (8.2 million USD).

 

Or compared to the same period of the previous season, a variation of -34% in volume and -8.7% in value.

 

Among the main recipient countries of Tunisian citrus fruits are France, Libya, Kuwait, Qatar.
