Iranian exports to Kuwait resume
Iran has just carried out its first export of fruit and vegetables to Kuwait since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
TPOI (Trade Promotion Organization of Iran) has announced the 1st shipment of Iranian fruits and vegetables to Kuwait. The goods were shipped from the port of Dayyer, in the Iranian province of Bushehr, to the Kuwaiti port of Shuwaikh.
The 500-ton cargo was exported in refrigerated containers. According to the management of the Port of Dayyer, the cargo was worth $100,000.
According to ministerial sources, the climatic conditions in Iran are favorable this year and the production of agricultural products is satisfactory.
